A ZebraCare service agreement is a cost-effective way to plan and budget for your annual maintenance expenditures. MJD Software offers two levels of service plans to meet your specific needs:

ZebraCare Advantage - ZebraCare Advantage includes all the features of the Standard package PLUS a two-day or better turnaround on all corrective maintenance. And FREE firmware upgrades upon request.

ZebraCare Advantage Overnight - All the features of ZebraCare Advantage, plus free next-day return shipping.
