Remote Sales
Live is a mobile order collection application for route sales, DSD or showroom orders. Running on Windows-based rugged mobile computers, Remote Sales allows allows users to gather customer orders, and/or invoices, quickly and accurately on site.

Orders, Shipments and/or Invoices can transmitted back to head office immediately via GPRS (cellular data) wireless technology, or batch downloaded via a cradle at the end of the day.

The user is clearly guided through the data collection process, ensuring accurate order header and detail creation.

Your remote ordering solution can also utilize a Bluetooth-enabled portable printer to print documents such as picking slips, order confirmations, receipts or invoices.

Databases, such as; customers, ship-to addresses, items, terms, price lists, and bar codes, can be uploaded to the hand-held for lookup and verification purposes. Once completed, your 'Remote' Order Entry transactions are then transferred to your host and automatically imported into Sage Accpac ERP O/E through MJD's O/E Host Interface program.

Remote Sales Live is designed to operate on a Motorola (Symbol) mobile computer and we reccommend Datamax-ONeil rugged portable printers.
