MJD Annual Product Maintenance Plan

Annual Product Maintenance plans are available for purchase by end users on a per application basis. Product Maintenance entitles a user to receive for the period of one year all the technical support, via phone, fax or e-mail during MJD business hours, that they may require; as well as to any updates or patches that may be released for a particular product that Maintenance was purchased for.

Cost of the annual Product Maintenance Plan is 18% of the list price of the particular product.
