Live Receipts
is an easy-to-use, receipt data collection program that runs on
a portable hand-held terminal with an integrated bar code scanner.
Live Receipts allows for automatic identification and collection
of receipt related data. Data collected with Live Receipts in imported
into Sage Accpac ERP, eliminating virtually all associated manual
data entry and the errors associated with it.
Using a
portable hand-held terminal allows items to be scanned at the point
they are received. In some cases, depending on the Sage Accpac ERP
module being used, Purchase Orders can be uploaded to the hand-held
to be verified against. Additionally item and vendor bar code data
can also be uploaded to the hand-held for translation of UPC bar
codes to Sage Accpac ERP item numbers also allow corresponding data
such as descriptions, bin to be put away in, etc., to be displayed.
Once the receipt data is collected it can be downloaded and imported
into Sage Accpac
ERP Purchase Orders module.
